Mestek is a family of over 30 specialty manufacturers providing heating, ventilating, and air conditioning products, coil handling equipment and computer information systems and services. 

Scope of Position:

Responsible for creating and updating a suite of software products within a small group of other software developers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and updating web based development for Mestek’s Intranet and Extranet applications
• Responsible for desktop development for product selection software
• Work with small group of software developers and Manager

Position Requirements:

The Software Engineer must possess the minimum knowledge listed below:

• Four year degree in Computer Science or other related field
• Experience with all functions of Microsoft.net framework, VB.Net, SQL 2005, ASP, ASP.Net
• Working knowledge of Installshield is a plus
• Working knowledge of Team Foundation Server a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong understanding or all departmental functions and responsibilities within a business unit
